Contractor: That's the water cut off.

Me: I know that... Why is it in the middle of the wall?
Contractor: Because that's where the pipe is.

Me: Well, why is the pipe in the middle of the wall instead of behind the sink!?!
Contractor: Because that's where the plumber put it.

Me: Can we move it?
Contractor: Yep, we can rip out the whole bathroom and re-do it.
